Fine Shredded Macaroon Coconuts, made from matured Organic coconut meat, finely shredded into thin, long strands and dried. It provides a mild, fresh coconut flavor with a soft, smoother and slightly moist, almost melt-in-your-mouth texture. 
Used in the traditional coconut macaroon dessert, yummy snacks or other favorite dessert, 
granola, energy bars and fruit salads. In baked goods, or as a thickener in sauces and soups.
